Tirena's freshwater outdoor pool covers 400 m² and is 1.35 metres deep. It has water slides, loungers, parasols, showers and the Splash Pool Bar with a swim-up corner.

A separate shallow baby pool is 10-40 cm deep and includes water toys. Oliva Grill is beside the pool terrace for casual lunches and snacks.

Free access to Lacroma pools and spa

Tirena guests can also use the pools at nearby Valamar Lacroma free of charge. These include a 380 m² outdoor freshwater pool, a 26 m² children's pool and a 189 m² indoor pool heated to 28°C with two 25-metre swimming lanes.

The 940 m² Balance Mediterranean Spa at Lacroma is also free to use for Tirena guests. The spa includes Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam bath, relaxation areas and Vitality Bar. The main spa zone is 16+, with family hours for children under 16 and their parents from 11:00 to 14:00. Massages and beauty treatments cost extra.

Coral Beach Club and Copacabana

The nearest beach is about 300 metres from the hotel. Valamar currently highlights Coral Beach Club and Copacabana as the main nearby choices.

Coral Beach Club combines a family area with beach-club facilities, while Copacabana has a gently shelving pebble shore, slides and water sports.

Maro World and family facilities

Maro World is a 1,800 m² family entertainment centre near the hotel, open from 1 April to 31 October.

Facilities include Maro Smart Play for ages 0-12, Maro Mini and Maxi Clubs for ages 3-12, soft play, a family lounge, video-game and old-school game lounges, Maro Theatre and a 270 m² outdoor trampoline and adrenaline zone.
