Royal Princess is a five-star all-suite hotel within Royal Dubrovnik Resort in Babin Kuk. Following its 2026 renovation, every current accommodation category is a suite with a separate living area and private balcony or terrace.
Standard suites are already 55 m² and sleep up to four guests, while the Presidential Suite expands to 192 m² with two bedrooms, full kitchen, private sauna and a large sea-view terrace.

Royal Princess is at the western end of the Lapad Peninsula. Dubrovnik Old Town is 4.9 km away, Dubrovnik Airport is 24 km away and the Lapad Bay boardwalk is around 900 metres from the hotel.
Libertas bus 6 runs frequently between Babin Kuk and Pile, just outside the Old Town. The current timetable has departures throughout the day and evening.

The choice is less about basic room size than about view and position. Deluxe King Suite is the entry-level all-suite option, while the Sea View and Royal Sky categories are the ones to choose if an Adriatic-facing balcony matters.
Princess Spa and wellness
Princess Spa is one of the hotel-specific features that distinguishes Royal Princess from the neighbouring Royal properties.
Guests can also use the wider Royal Dubrovnik Resort wellness facilities, including indoor pools, saunas, treatment areas and fitness facilities. Not every wellness facility is physically inside the Royal Princess building.

Royal Princess guests have access to the wider Royal Dubrovnik Resort pool network. The complex currently has seven outdoor pools and two indoor pools, including a children's pool.

Beach and waterfront
The Royal Resort bathing areas are immediately beside the hotel and currently hold Blue Flag status. Sun loungers, umbrellas and beach towels are available to hotel guests, subject to availability.
The coastline is mainly rocky with prepared bathing areas rather than a broad sandy beach.

Dining is spread across the wider resort rather than confined to the Royal Princess building. Current Royal dining includes:

Royal Princess works particularly well for families because every unit is a suite. The 55 m² Deluxe and Royal Sky categories sleep up to four guests and provide a separate living area instead of placing everyone in one standard hotel room.
Complimentary cots are available on request. The Presidential Suite also adds a full kitchen and dining area for guests who need substantially more space.
Parking and airport transfer
The regular Royal Dubrovnik Resort parking rate is currently €10 per day, subject to availability. Free parking is offered on some direct-booking rates, but should not be assumed for affiliate or third-party reservations.
Private airport transfers can also be arranged through the resort. The Presidential Suite currently includes round-trip airport transfer for stays of at least five nights.
