Lapad Beach and promenade
Hotel Kompas overlooks Lapad Beach and the waterfront promenade. The beach is directly below the hotel, but it is not a private hotel beach.
The promenade continues around the bay towards Babin Kuk and is one of the easiest parts of Dubrovnik for an evening walk without needing to travel into the Old Town.
Wellness Dalmatia
The current wellness centre includes an indoor freshwater pool, outdoor freshwater pool, Finnish sauna, steam room, three treatment rooms and a relaxation zone.
Massage, facial and body treatments are available separately. The outdoor pool and sun terrace look across Lapad Bay, while the indoor pool provides an alternative outside the main summer season.

- Suton Restaurant serves Dalmatian sharing plates, botanical cocktails and Croatian and international wines. It is open from 12:00 to 23:00, with hours subject to weather.
- Sphere Restaurant is the main buffet restaurant, serving breakfast from 06:30 to 10:30 and dinner from 19:00 to 21:00.
- Zenith Bar is on the top floor and stays open from 07:00 to midnight, with panoramic views across Lapad Bay.
- Luna Bar is beside the outdoor pool and currently operates seasonally from May 1 to September 30.

Children are welcome. Comfort Classic Rooms are specifically designed to accommodate a family of four, while other room capacities vary by category.
