Current timetable for 2012. The bus from Dubrovnik to Međugorje departs Dubrovnik at 17,15 every day.

Note that during high season, if possible, it might be good to arrive early in Dubrovnik and purchase the ticket at the Main Bus Station.

If someone else should be interested below is the answer I got:

....... Regarding last minute bookings, those are available only at our agency usually 1-3 days before the ships arrive to/leave Dubrovnik. Should you be interested in such an option you can always visit us starting with April the 7th when the first cruise is scheduled.

Simple and helpful! They also provide a discount for these last minute bookings, so keeping in mind that the 7 day cruises already are at  a good price this sounds like an excellent deal.  8)

Visit Mljet Island National Park with Nona Ana high-speed passenger line. It sails from Dubrovnik to the island of Mljet and, during high season, continues to Korčula and Lastovo. This trip is well worth doing, and Nona Ana is about the only boat sailing to Mljet Island with schedules that let you return to Dubrovnik on the same day.

One option is to join one of the regular tours that leave from Dubrovnik to Međugorje.
