Title: ferry from dubrovnik to split
Post by: shirley on March 23, 2006, 03:25:10 am
Hi,
I and my husband plan to visit croatia on may and june.
The first stop is dubrovnik, later we plan to go to split.
I know there are bus, ferry and airplane.
If I transfer by bus, the bus will pass bosnia. Do I have to prepare bosnia visa?
If I transfer by ferry, I want to know that how much time will it cost?
From the wesite http://www.jadrolinija.hr (http://www.jadrolinija.hr), it seems have to cost 8 or 9hours.Is there other ferry more fast?
If somebady can help me, I will be very appreciate.

Dear Shirley,

I think it would the best for You to wait until the season begins and then ask Jadrolinija in Dubrovnik because I think that the schedule changes during summer. :)

Don't worry about this. There is a treaty between Croatia  and Bosina and Hercegovina for free transit through Neum. You don't need any visa or similar.
