Rooms Dalmacija are located in Mlini, a beautiful picturesque small township, only 7 kilometers from Dubrovnik and ca. 10 kilometers from Cavtat and Čilipi airport. The hilly chain descends steeply into this beautiful valley and bay, where you will spend memorable holidays surrounded with rich Mediterranean vegetation, overlooking the sea and islands. Our warm hospitality will enable you to fully relax whether you plan to arrive with your family or friends.
Our house is situated in a peaceful and quiet area, surrounded with rich Mediterranean vegetation, overlooking Mlini and the sea. A short walk takes you to a several pebble beaches and small bays with rocky beaches. Close by you will find many cozy restaurants, taverns and cafe bars. There is also a regular ferry line that will take you to the Old Port of Dubrovnik or Cavtat, or you can use some of the regular bus lines to Dubrovnik or Cavtat. In the vicinity there is a supermarket, bakery, general store, post office, a bank.
ROOMS & Price List
We offer you 4 rooms for rent, 3 rooms have double beds, one room is with single bed. Each room has it's own bathroom, and all rooms can use one kitchen. There is a spacious terrace all rooms can use, with beautiful views over Župa Bay, the sea and the islands. Free parking in front of our house.

We can offer you transfers from bus or ferry terminal, just let us know via e-mail or by phone.
BEACHES & CLIMATE
Beautiful pebble and rocky beaches and pleasant walking trails are located close to our accommodation. Visit Old Town Dubrovnik and other interesting destinations with regular boat or buss connections.
The mild and favorable climate makes Mlini an ideal choice for those wishing to arrive during low season. The colors of nature during those periods are astonishing and there are no usual tourist crowds. Numerous exiting and seaworthy destinations are waiting to be explored, perfect for a one day trip, while our accommodation await you upon returning.
TRANSPORTATION & ARRIVAL
The regular bus line Nr. 10 runs from/to Dubrovnik to Cavtat, passing Mlini on its way, during summer there are departures every 30 minutes.
From Mlini harbour there are several boats going directly to Old Town Dubrovnik, you can even return with the same line after your visit to Dubrovnik.
If you arrive with car we offer private parking just in front of our house.
