Does anyone know the best way to travel from Pristina, Kosovo to Southern Croatia (i.e. Dubrovnik or Split)?

bus Prishtina - Ulcinj, around 7 pm, 20 Euro
there bus at 10.45 to D. Brijeg, arrival there ca. 3 pm
walk across the border, wait an hour, take the bus to Dubrovnik
